Your Security Deposit – Please read:
As soon as our manager reports back to us that all is well and there has been no damage to the apartment then your security deposit will be returned after your holiday. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for this to be processed.
If you cancel the holiday, this security deposit will not be refunded. If there has been damage done to the apartment then repair costs will be taken from the deposit and you may not receive the full amount back.
