Payment is accepted by cash, BACS or cheque. For last minute bookings, guests are asked to pay before departure (cheques must be paid 10 days prior to departure).
In event of a cancellation, refunds are based on amount of notice given, less any costs incurred. This does not include the security deposit which will be kept in full in the event of any cancellation.
If more than 28 days’ notice is given, a full refund will be offered. Shorter notice for cancellation is calculated on a percentage of the total booking cost.
28-21 days’ notice 75% refund.
21-14 days’ notice 50% refund.
Less than 14 days’ notice will not guarantee a refund, but if the room can be re-booked, a 50% refund, less any charges incurred will be offered.
This policy is reviewed on a regular basis and subject to alteration, but cancellations will be dealt with as stated here on date of cancellation.
If we, the accommodation provider, have to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund and do our best to recommend a suitable alternative place to stay.
We ask that all guests abide by our no smoking policy inside the building and show respect and consideration during your stay. Any cost incurred by damage or breakages to the property caused by guests due to miss use or wilful intent will be charged for.
The safety and comfort of our guests is important to us and we aim to ensure awareness of our policies before booking. A comprehensive Welcome Pack is kept at the apartment which gives help and advice to enjoy your stay and offers local information too.

Upon booking, we will request a returnable security deposit of £200. As soon as our manager reports back to us that all is well and there has been no damage to the apartment then your security deposit will be returned after your holiday. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for this to be processed.
If you cancel the holiday, this security deposit will not be refunded. If there has been damage done to the apartment then repair costs will be taken from the deposit and you may not receive the full amount back.
